All Homeowners and Residents are strongly recommended to join the E-Mail Distribution List to stay informed of website and community updates. The Family Member option is only for those Homeowners/Residents who have no internet access and this option is not to be used by multiple family members, or children, who are not responsible for the Homeplace townhome. The E-mail Distribution List will be used more often to communicate with the community, and further utilized to distribute community mailings in an effort to reduce the rising costs for copies, envelopes, and postage.
Homeowners:  Please ensure your e-mail address on file with the management company is the same one on file with the Homeplace website. Should they not be the same, utilizing different e-mail addresses may result in not receiving electronic communities in a consistent, timely, manner.
Non-Residential Homeowners:  Please strongly recommend to the residents living in your townhome, in addition to the managing Leasing Agent should one be utilized, to join the Homeplace  E-Mail Distribution List so they are inclusively updated on any Homeplace communications that are provided.

When e-mail communications are sent from the Homeplace web site, all e-mail addresses are not shared; all recipients are blind carbon copied (Bcc'd:).

Upon subscribing please use only your personal e-mail address. Neither the Board of Directors, the Association, nor the management company will be held liable or responsible for those who choose to submit e-mail addresses from their place of employment. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to Unsubscribe when Homeplace ownership or residence no longer exists. Neither the Board of Directors, the Association, nor the management company will be accountable for, or accused of, what is termed as “spamming”.
